Honduras Diaper Project
This project was initiated in 2004 as the intern project for our Parish Ministry Specialist Beverly Robinson and has become an on going ministry of this church. In coordination with the NE Minnesota Synod diapers are made from recycled T-shirts for the babies in Honduras. Over 50,000 have been delivered to Honduras over the past several years. The Braham Evangelical Lutheran Church Women meet monthly to sort, cut, sew and serge T-shirts into diapers. In addition, fund raisers and baby showers supplement the diaper deliveries.
